Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes a booking has to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please go through the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling. It is important that You read this Refund Policy carefully. You should familiarise yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy, prior to booking any service from FGD Lab (a brand of PT Insight Active Consulting).
Cancellation/Rescheduling
You can cancel a booking online through your account.
To reschedule a booking, please send email to bookings@fgdlab.com providing your current and new booking details. You can reschedule a booking only once, after which the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full amount will be forfeited.
Cancellation/Rescheduling charges
A cancellation/rescheduling charge would be levied as below:
Cancel/Reschedule within 24 hours of start of booking : 100% of booking amount to be charged
Cancel/Reschedule within 24-72 hours of start of booking : 50% of booking amount to be charged
Cancel/Reschedule before 3 days of start of booking : 10% of booking amount to be charged
Refunds
Refund request should be mailed to bookings@fgdlab.com for bookings where payment has been done in advance. FGD Lab reserves the right to reject any refund request.
For bookings where payment has not been done in advance, a cancellation invoice will be mailed to you and the payment has to be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
