Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy You can cancel a booking online through your account. To reschedule a booking, please send email to bookings@fgdlab.com providing your current and new booking details. You can reschedule a booking only once, after which the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full amount will be forfeited. A cancellation/rescheduling charge would be levied as below: Cancel/Reschedule within 24 hrs of start of booking : 100% of booking amount to be charged Cancel/Reschedule within 24-72 hrs of start of booking : 50% of booking amount to be charged Cancel/Reschedule before 3 days of start of booking : 5% of booking amount to be charged
